We hope you enjoy your Enduro Equine product as much as we do. However, if you do change your mind, you have 28 days, from receipt of the product, to notify us that you wish to return your product. Your Enduro Equine Heart Rate Monitor must be in its original unused working condition to return it for a full refund. We will not refund the original delivery charges.
Please notify us using the email@example.com email address and include your order number in the subject and provide details of why your item is being returned.
Once we have acknowledged and accepted your return, please send the unused product in the original packaging to:

To avoid any loss in transit, we recommend that you send the item recorded delivery.
Products must be returned in their original unused working condition. We may reduce any refund due to you to reflect any reduction in the value of the product due to how you have handled it.
We aim to refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned product.
Enduro Equine products are developed and manufactured by Siametric Systems Ltd. for use in equine disciplines. Each product is tested before it is shipped.
The Enduro GW Girth Wrap and the Enduro GS Girth Sleeve are covered under our standard product guarantee for 6 months from the date of purchase. The Enduro HR Heart Rate Sensor is covered under our standard product guarantee for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This limited guarantee is issued by Siametric Systems Ltd. for customers who have purchased this product in the UK and guarantees the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship.
The guarantee is valid with proof of purchase, either email or card receipt from the date of purchase, providing the product is used and cared for in accordance with instructions. The guarantee is not transferable to another person. This guarantee does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
The guarantee does not cover:
Wearing parts, like batteries.
Normal wear and tear of the product.
Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents or non-compliance with the precautions.
Improper maintenance, cracked, broken or scratched cases.
Damage resulting from incorrect maintenance according to the instructions of use (e.g. stored in damp/wet conditions).
Any modification or alterations made by the purchaser to the product or any repairs other than by an authorised agent.
The guarantee does not cover any damages, losses, costs or expenses, direct, indirect or incidental, consequential or special, arising out of, or related to the product. Items purchased second hand are not covered by warranty.
